Náhradní plnění (NP) slouží jako jedna z možností plnění povinného podílu (zákon č. 435/2004 Sb., § 81 o zaměstnanosti).
Pokud jste zaměstnavatel s více než 25 zaměstnanci, musíte splnit v roce 2025 povinný podíl zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením (OZP) v celkové výši 4 %.
* Pokud nemůžete zaměstnat zaměstnance se zdravotním postižením, musíte odvést buď poplatek do státního rozpočtu – což činí 2,5 × průměrné měsíční mzdy, – anebo využít možnosti náhradního plnění. Tyto varianty lze i vzájemně kombinovat.
Jak splnit povinný podíl odběrem NP?
Odběrem služeb nebo zboží ve výši 7násobku průměrné měsíční mzdy.
Pro rok 2025 je vyhlášena průměrná mzda přibližně 46 557 Kč. Průvodce podnikáním | ČSOB |+2Peníze.cz+2
Tedy: 7 × 46 557 Kč = 325 899 Kč.
Pokud by firma nesplnila povinnost tímto způsobem, musela by státu odvést poplatek ve výši:
2,5 × 46 557 Kč = 116 393 Kč.
Odběrem NP nejen splníte zákonem stanovený podíl zaměstnanců OZP, ušetříte čas a peníze, ale také přímo podpoříte pracovní místa pro zdravotně postižené!
